About the Role
Cantey Foundation Specialists is expanding into Raleigh and seeking driven Sales Professionals to build something exciting from the ground up. As the industry leader in residential foundation repair, we offer unlimited earning potential, a passion for serving customers, and the opportunity to build a successful career. This role is ideal for a true closer who wants to earn serious money while creating a WOW experience for every customer.
We invest heavily in your success with 8 weeks of world-class sales training and 120 days of paid onboarding, allowing you to master our proven process without financial pressure. You’ll work with warm leads weekly, and top performers can self-generate leads to reach elite income levels. Activity and follow-through are key, supported by our industry-leading Marketing and Customer Care departments.
Responsibilities
- Close sales with homeowners to provide permanent, high-quality foundation repair solutions.
- Work with warm leads provided weekly; self-generate leads to maximize earnings.
- Maintain high activity levels and follow-through to drive results.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Care teams to create wins every week.
Requirements
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Motivation for unlimited income potential and a desire to build a career with an industry leader.

Pay
Annual compensation ranges from $150K to $300K, with uncapped earnings after a 120-day paid ramp-up period. This is a 100% commission-based role with no draw gimmicks or bait-and-switch.
Schedule
Full-time, W2 employee position with a focus on work/life balance.
