Important: This position services the Knoxville market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lenoir City office. Job SnapshotEmployment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $60,000-$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the Knoxville market Experience: No roofing experience required What You’ll Do As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments by identifying exterior restoration needs and providing professional solutions. ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who are:Self-motivatedCompetitiveCoachableProfessionalCustomer-focusedStrong communicatorsComfortable working independentlyDriven to achieve personal and professional goalsPrevious sales experience is helpful but not required.
