Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct on-site surveys and prepare customized service proposals.
- Present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
- Manage a sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with the sales team and attend weekly meetings.
- Represent the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with new business development and cold calling.
- B2B service sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Must live in or near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
- Experience selling payroll, credit card processing, or other business services.
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience.
- Self-starter with strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive drive to win new business.
