Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established book of business within the assigned territory
- Develop new customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain regular in-person contact with customers to build long-term partnerships
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate fastener and product solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction
- Stay organized and proactive in managing sales activities and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with fasteners, industrial distribution, or related products is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific processes and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
