This Technical Sales role covers an Atlanta metro geography.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a defined territory by building relationships with decision-makers ranging from maintenance personnel to CEOs.
- Identify opportunities and present automation solutions that bring measurable value to customers.
- Drive sales growth through technical expertise, problem-solving, and persistence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and learn new technologies to effectively position Hartfiel Automation’s solutions.
- Work collaboratively with our engineering and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to customer challenges.
- Confidently handle objections and negotiations while keeping long-term customer partnerships in mind.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of proven industrial/technical sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in growing sales territories and exceeding targets.
- Strong technical curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Able to think outside the box to solve customer challenges with innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical staff and executive-level decision makers.
- Resilient, confident, and not afraid of constructive confrontation when needed to move opportunities forward.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while being a strong team contributor.
