Responsibilities

- Follow up with provided leads and scheduled appointments without the need for cold calling or prospecting.
- Meet with clients in person when required to review options, answer questions, and support informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and reliable follow-through.
- Manage personal sales activities, appointments, and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule.
- Participate in training programs, coaching sessions, and ongoing development opportunities to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with a broader sales community while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and industry standards.
Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, education, healthcare, military, or other client-facing roles is a plus.
