Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct direct sales activities such as cold calling and lead generation to grow the customer base.
  • Manage assigned territory by consistently following up with leads and existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with retail partners and clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales/direct sales, particularly in the Fire industry.
  • Strong skills in lead generation and territory management.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial but not mandatory.
