Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and product demonstrations.
- Conduct direct sales activities such as cold calling and lead generation to grow the customer base.
- Manage assigned territory by consistently following up with leads and existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with retail partners and clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales/direct sales, particularly in the Fire industry.
- Strong skills in lead generation and territory management.
- Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial but not mandatory.
