Outside Residential Sales Representative-Calling on Homeowners & Builders

Overhead Door Company of Nashville™, a DH Pace Company, is seeking an experienced Outside Residential Sales Representative to build relationships and sell door products to homeowners and builders in the Nashville area.

Responsibilities

• Design customized door solutions
• Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily
• Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software
• Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer’s needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services
• Build solid, long-lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Two (2) years of outside selling experience to homeowners and general contractors
• Mechanical aptitude (experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)
• Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Other duties as assigned
