The primary responsibility of the Outside Property Claim Associate is to handle property claims for clients in Salt Lake City, Utah. This includes assessing damage, communicating with clients, and coordinating with insurance providers.

Responsibilities

• Assessing property damage and documenting the extent of the loss
• Communicating with clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Coordinating with insurance providers to process claims efficiently
• Preparing reports and documentation required for claim processing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or claims handling role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience in property insurance claims preferred
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property claims
• Proficiency in using property claim software systems
