About Us
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Personal Lines Sales Producer to join our team full-time. This salaried position is ideal for a self-starter who excels at developing genuine relationships and generating organic leads through referrals and networking. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on expanding our client base by cultivating profitable connections with centers of influence, ensuring consistent new business growth and account-rounded lead flow. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Virginia (VA) office.
Requirements
- 5 years proven experience in sales
- Virginia P&C License
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive business relationships
- Strong networking skills and a passion for community engagement
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high ethical standards and client-focused service
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote or office-based environment
- Organic Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship-building with individuals and organizations in your community.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with centers of influence to drive ongoing lead flow and account expansion opportunities.
- Sales Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by converting leads into new, profitable personal lines accounts.
- Account Rounding: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively managing prospects, tracking progress, and following up on all opportunities.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing sales training and mentorship to refine your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
