About the role

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in your territory.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and on-site visits to promote and sell parts and services.
  • Recommend aftermarket parts and service solutions to improve equipment uptime.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Document customer activity and strategy in our CRM/CXM system.
  • Stay current on equipment and part offerings to support customer needs.
  • Provide accurate lead times and pricing to set clear expectations.
  • Enter fleet and customer data in our ERP platform.
  • Work collaboratively with branch teams, sharing customer insights and needs.
  • Attend required training and meetings to stay aligned and informed.
  • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Represent MacQueen with a polished, professional appearance.

Requirements

  • Experience in outside sales, parts sales, or customer-facing roles (equipment industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in learning equipment parts and systems.
  • Positive attitude, team mindset, and customer-first approach.

Qualifications
