About the role
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in your territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and on-site visits to promote and sell parts and services.
- Recommend aftermarket parts and service solutions to improve equipment uptime.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Document customer activity and strategy in our CRM/CXM system.
- Stay current on equipment and part offerings to support customer needs.
- Provide accurate lead times and pricing to set clear expectations.
- Enter fleet and customer data in our ERP platform.
- Work collaboratively with branch teams, sharing customer insights and needs.
- Attend required training and meetings to stay aligned and informed.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Represent MacQueen with a polished, professional appearance.
Requirements
- Experience in outside sales, parts sales, or customer-facing roles (equipment industry preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through.
- Technical aptitude and interest in learning equipment parts and systems.
- Positive attitude, team mindset, and customer-first approach.
