Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients for mortgage products
• Present mortgage solutions that meet client needs and budget constraints
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage sales or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance standards
• Experience with CRM systems

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
