Outside Golf Operations

Requirements

• Opening and Closing of The Outside Operations
• Greeting all members and guests at Valet/Bagdrop setting up that great first impression.
• Set up and oversight of Practice Facilities always ensuring the range is fully stocked with PROv1 balls and members have a great environment to work on their games.
• Coordinating with Golf Shop for daily functions.
• Managing first tee to ensure all members and guests accounted for on the tee sheet.
• Managing Cart Fleet
• Bag Room organization and cleanliness
• Handling of all members and guest clubs and cleanliness of said clubs
• Monitoring and maintaining the Practice Facility
• Assisting in Tournament Operations
• Washing and detailing (as time allows) cart fleet and parking fleet in orderly fashion in cart barn.
• Ensuring that bag drop, clubhouse, parking lot, cart barn and cart wash areas are clean of trash and debris and all trash receptacles are kept orderly throughout the day and emptied after the day.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
