Outside Commercial Sales Representative-Building Materials & Construction Industry

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
• Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Nashville and surrounding areas
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business-to-business accounts—ideally selling retrofit to end-users; other applicable experience considered, especially if “mechanical” type products have been sold
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
