Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Care Outreach and Retention team by serving as a key point of contact for members navigating their pharmacy and healthcare needs.
- Focus on medication adherence and member education, helping ensure members understand their prescriptions, benefits, and available resources to support their overall health and well-being.
- Combine inbound and outbound phone support to engage directly with members while providing guidance and assistance related to their medications and health plan benefits.
- Build meaningful connections with members, address questions and concerns, and help remove barriers that may impact medication adherence and health outcomes.
- Deliver compassionate, member-centered support and help members stay engaged in their care.
- Document interactions, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to outreach efforts that promote quality care and positive health outcomes.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or comparable customer service environment required. 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge in medical terminology required. 1 year of technical or operational experience required.
- Certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint), excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work independently on multiple tasks involving critical deadlines with little or no supervision as well as part of a team, experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Copilot, as well as a basic understanding of medications evaluated under Medicare's Star Ratings system and the impact of medication adherence on member outcomes.

Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. EST
Skills
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
