Outreach/Marketing Specialist Home Care Services

Responsibilities

• Link referral sources including physicians, skilled nursing facilities, adult family homes, hospitals, social service organizations, health plans and other referral sources with Evergreen Home Care Services (EHCS) services and management.
• Keep referral sources informed of the services we provide and promote EHCS services.
• Assist with marketing strategies and program development.
• Initiate and maintain collaborative relationships and clear communication between EHCS management and referral sources.
• Stay knowledgeable of trends in EHCS programs and issues important to EHCS management and clinical staff.
• Participate in customer service measurements: collect, analyze, and share information with EHCS management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, pharmaceutical or medical sales, or other related health‑care field.
• Current Washington State Driver’s license and proof of insurability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or a health‑care related discipline (desired).

Pay

Wage range: $83,262 – $133,224 per year. Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
