Outreach Executive Team Lead
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with the company. Outreach Executives should be engaging Medicare seniors with the goal of having those individuals become patients of the company. Outreach Executives will work very closely with their Regional Directors of Growth and Community Relationship Managers to help drive new patient growth locally in their assigned territory.
Generate leads by effectively engaging Medicare-eligible seniors in the community through event execution and local community outreach
Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives
Nurture prospective patients and engage with potential for new patients with an ambitious mentality via email, phone, and networking
Collaborate with your Community Relationship Manager (CRM) and other OEs to drive lead generation and community engagement
Effectively and compliantly partner with local Insurance Agents (IAs) to support the growth of Oak Street Health
Independently manage pipeline from prospective patient to new patient, meeting or exceeding individual monthly patient acquisition target
Relationship Management
Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to continuously engage prospects to drive new patient growth in assigned territory
Capture and record customer information and sales activity into customer relationship management (CRM) system and other business systems
Partner cross-functionally with clinical and operational teammates to maintain patient experience
Resolve any concerns & complaints new prospects & patients may have by working with prospect to understand the concern or directing the prospect or patient to another employee
Leadership (Team Lead Responsibilities)
Lead team outreach huddles in AM or PM
Supports top of funnel efforts to increase center/regional growth (i.e. field account engagement, event scheduling)
Actively partners with insurance agents to support individual/center/regional growth
Actively partners with service and clinical teams to support collaboration with Outreach
Supports overall growth of region by travel to other centers if needed, along with promotion of harmony and collaboration between outreach and CC sales
Supports onboarding and development of new hires
Adapts to regional and center-level growth needs depending on seasonality and individual need
Supports Regional Director of Growth with schedule management
What We're Looking For
High school diploma
2-5 years prior relevant experience
Mission oriented
Ability to quickly connect and influence qualified prospects to consider Oak Street Health
Ability to execute and manage individual follow-up and pipeline tasks
Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
Ability to manage priorities simultaneously
Ability to travel locally as needed (market-dependent)
Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
Sales, community engagement, and/or healthcare experience a plus, but not required
Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
US work authorization

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $18.50 - $49.08
