Outreach Coord Home Health/Hospice Pierce County

Position Summary

The Home Health and Hospice Outreach Coordinator is responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with area providers for the purpose of profitably growing Home Health and Hospice Services for MultiCare. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Increasing referrals to and/or utilization of designated MHS services and facilities
• Expanding these capabilities to new markets and increasing market share for these services/facilities
• Developing and implementing direct-to-consumer marketing plans

Requirements

• BA or BS (in marketing, business) preferred
• Current Washington state driver’s license
• Minimum five (5) years of experience
• Experience identifying and developing business and marketing plans, identifying new customers and developing/warming leads; closing transactions and/or sales
• Experience working effectively with senior levels of management; physicians and physician groups
• Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
