Outreach and Engagement Specialist

Core Responsibilities

• Carry out outbound calls (estimated 50 calls per day) and digital outreach to inform and educate patients about Colla Health's platform.
• Manage inbound calls from potential patients.
• Achieve member enrollment goals aligned with company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support patients by answering their questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them on how Colla Health can assist them.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of patient outreach activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure patients receive appropriate care and services.

Who You Are

• Outcome-driven, with high empathy and strong customer service orientation.
• Demonstrated success in an outbound-calling, high-volume 1:1 interaction role, particularly in enrollment-related tasks.
• Experience with remote work, primarily within the U.S.
• Passionate about enhancing behavioral health access for those in need.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Creative, action-oriented, and enjoy a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience.
