Outpatient Therapist (LCSW or LPC) - 100% Remote - Pennsylvania license required

About the role

Iris Telehealth is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients ages 5+ through one of our trusted Pennsylvania-based partners. This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to patients ages 5+ with diagnoses including general mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, ODD, and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license required.
• Availability 40 hours per week during EST.
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Telehealth experience preferred (experience using Carelogic a plus!)
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/wk in EST | Clinician required to work 2 evenings per week until 8:00 PM EST
