Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our remote team in Pennsylvania. You'll work with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and make a meaningful impact on young patients and their families.

Employment Options
Part-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) as W-2 employees (20 hours/week).
- Commitment: 20 hours per week (17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours)
- Schedule: Flexible, with emphasis on after 4 PM weekdays and weekends
- Work Model: Remote
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $95,000+ annually
- Base Salary: $45,000 for part-time (20 hours/week)
- Additional Earnings: $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond base caseload

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26)
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress
- Build positive, trusting relationships with patients and families
- Participate in clinical consultations and collaborate with specialty providers
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Involve family members or outside specialists as needed
Qualifications
- Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania
- 1+ year of experience providing direct therapy to children and adolescents
- 1+ year of experience in telehealth or virtual settings
- Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms
- Flexibility to work after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends
