Responsibilities
- Counseling sessions with clients
- Assessment and planning of individualized treatment plans
- Collaboration with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Documentation of client progress and communications
- Participation in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license in the state of NY
- At least 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Reliable vehicle and ability to commute
