About the role
Provides counseling services to children, youth, and families in a home or community setting.
Responsibilities
- Counseling sessions with clients
- Assessment and planning of individualized treatment plans
- Collaboration with other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Documentation of client progress and outcomes
- Participation in team meetings and supervision sessions
Requirements
- LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license in the state of NY
- At least 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Reliable vehicle and ability to commute
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
