About the role
The role involves providing therapeutic services to juveniles in detention centers, focusing on clinically significant behavioral or psychological symptoms or patterns.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled therapeutic treatment sessions to individuals, families, or groups.
- Develop Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) using a Strengths-Based Approach.
- Rotate phone coverage as needed.
- Diffuse crises and connect clients to community resources.
Requirements
- Full or provisional licensure: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.
- Dual licensure preferred.
- Prior mental health and/or substance use experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Willingness to provide care in various community settings.
- Able to link clients to community resources.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diffuse crises effectively.
- Knowledge of community resources.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $50-60 per hour.
- Flexible schedule with preference for working between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
Pay
$50-60 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Sunday, with a preferred time to go to the facility between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
