We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Hourly Fee For Service

• Anywhere from 5 to 30 hours per week options
• Hourly fee for service ranging from $45 to $70 per hour
• Premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience
• On-site incentives for 50%, 75%, and 90% in-person visits over a 3-month span

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Cookordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are

• Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield

• Compensation: Full Time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
• Incentive Rate: $60 / hour over productivity!
• Hourly Fee For Service: 45/hour for MA Level $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience $65-$70/hour for independent license
• Incentive For On-site: 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
