What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Carefully coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

Who You Are

• Have your Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
• Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus.
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Must be able to provide services in-office.
• Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.
• Premiums Paid For Non-English language capacity.
• Experience Select clinical specialties.

• Full Time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
• Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
• Hourly Fee For Service 45/hour for MA Level $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience $65-$70/hour for independent license
• Incentive For On-site 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
