Outpatient Therapist

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies such as group, individual, and family therapy to patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Accurately and promptly document patient interactions and progress.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required.
- State licensure as per state requirements.
- CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
- Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
