Job Summary
Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) seeks a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide therapy to individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in New Bern, NC. This role plays a vital part in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures.
About the Role
As a therapist, you will conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client's unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You will also design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required. LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LCAS (A); Dual licensure preferred.
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
