About the role
Easterseals PORT Health is on a mission to transform lives. We are seeking a compassionate and driven Licensed Clinician to join our dynamic Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) in the Mount Airy area.
Responsibilities
- Screening, assessment, and goal development.
- Delivering one-on-one and group sessions in our outpatient clinics and in the community.
- Recommending and coordinating supporting services.
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an outpatient setting.
- Able to work independently, be adept at problem-solving and de-escalation in times of crisis.
- Full or provisional licensure: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.
- Prior mental health and/or substance use experience preferred.
Benefits
- Competitive salary starting at $50,000-60,000 based on experience.
- Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am-1:00 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.
- This position is on-site.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as a licensed clinician, you must have:
