What You Will Do in This Role
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance use disorders in group therapy, individual sessions, and family therapy
- Accurately and timely document your work
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and outside referral sources
- Engage in individualized treatment planning for patients and help them achieve treatment goals
- Collaborate with the Copper Springs team to ensure quality care for patients
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required. Associate licensure may be accepted.
- Availability to work in the afternoon/evenings
- State Licensure per state requirements (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LMFT, or AMFT - LISAC & LASAC licenses are not qualified)
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
- Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
