Outpatient Support and Data Specialist- Stuart

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients are seen in a timely manner.
  • Gather and review documentation for clients.
  • Manage the coordination of client appointments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collect, review, and confirm the accuracy of client’s demographic and insurance profile setup.
  • Address calls, voicemails, and follow-up return calls from clients.
  • Collect and enter client insurance information into the electronic medical records system.
  • Create initial appointment schedules for clients.
  • Coordinate initial client contacts and related intake processes.
  • Establish client fees in accordance with agency guidelines and communicate this information clearly to clients and/or families.
  • Affirm scheduling preferences (face-to-face or Zoom) meet the providers’ specific and client accessibility needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of clerical experience or scheduling activities.
  • Experience in healthcare office is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work hours as assigned.
  • Pass Level 2 Background through DCF and AHCA Clearinghouse.
