About the Role
Responsible for administration and direct application of speech/language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Evaluates, plans, directs, and treats all patients referred to speech/language. Provides supervision of students and performs all assigned job duties while adhering to licensing requirements, regulations, and organizational policies.

Requirements
- Master’s degree from an approved college or school of speech/language pathology
- Current State Licensure in Speech Pathology (as Speech Pathologist) or active temporary permit for clinical fellowship year, clinical practicum, or pending national examination (must complete within one year)
- Knowledge of principles and practices of speech pathology
- Proficiency in technical skills related to speech pathology
- Understanding of infection control, sterile technique, and their impact on rehabilitative medicine
- Current BLS certification

Pay
Starting hourly base pay: $37.43. Salary option available. Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience.

- 6 outpatient therapy centers throughout Great Falls, including:
- 2 state-of-the-art fitness centers with aquatic therapy
- Women and Children’s Center with indoor/outdoor pediatric therapy areas
- Healthy Aging Center (opening Fall 2026)
- Outpatient neurology setting near inpatient rehabilitation
