As an Outpatient Site Supervisor, you will align patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes in a dynamic, team-focused environment with cross-training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with hiring qualified team members following approved protocols and HR guidelines, and maintain minimal employee turnover.
  • Direct, mentor, and oversee all imaging center and department team members by setting clear expectations/objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Recognize and provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as appropriate.
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
  • Actively promote, recommend, and seek new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
  • Develop strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals.
  • Advocate change to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages (as applicable).
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency and ensure team members safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Safeguard on-site medications following Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements; ensure employee adherence.
  • Demonstrate and ensure respect for company property, including cash and patient financial information.
  • Exhibit and maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
  • Demonstrate high-level respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
  • Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
  • Foster an environment that is nurturing and ensures cooperative and collaborative working relationships.

Requirements

  • Excellent management skills, including sales, customer service, public relations, and time management.
  • Strong clerical, bookkeeping, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of budget and financial statements, workers' compensation billing needs, and basic medical-related skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management.
  • Previous experience at a similar-volume medical facility; technical experience (imaging) is required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in developing budgets, general computer skills, and Microsoft Office.
  • A four-year degree in business administration or healthcare administration, or six-plus years of experience in the radiology service industry and/or management experience.

Pay

$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
