Outpatient Rehab Therapy Supervisor

About the role

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking an experienced Outpatient Rehab Therapy Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the outpatient rehabilitation department.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Manager and Director in managing the overall operations of the Outpatient Rehab team
• Oversees the utilization of departmental resources
• Performs all services related to patient/treatment as needed, considering the age and condition of the patient
• Supervises employees, assists with staffing, technical procedures, quality assurance, staff development/education, and regulatory agency compliance
• Completes additional tasks and activities as assigned
• Demonstrates appropriate attitudes in performing responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for OT/PT/SLP
• Active License required: OT (Occupational Therapist), LPT (Licensed Physical Therapist), SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
• Supervisory or management experience preferred
