Healthier Tomorrows is a nutrition practice based in Chicago offering individualized, trauma-informed, and compassionate nutrition counseling to clients nationwide. Our outpatient practice has been thriving for 17 years, and we are seeking registered dietitians to join our mission of hope and healing in our Lincoln Park neighborhood office.

About the Role

We are hiring registered dietitians to work two or three days per week in our office, seeing clients both virtually and in-person. This role is ideal for those who want to be part of a supportive team, collaborate with outpatient clinicians, and grow clinically and professionally while working one-on-one with clients across a variety of clinical presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and ongoing nutrition support and counseling through individualized one-on-one client sessions.
  • Build rapport and create a space for regular and consistent nutrition sessions.
  • Offer dietary and other treatment recommendations, including referrals to additional clinicians to support wellness goals, as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, and other professionals.
  • Complete clinical documentation of client sessions.

Requirements

  • Registered dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois.
  • 1-2 years of nutrition counseling experience and/or training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience and commitment to high-quality, individualized nutrition counseling.
  • Desire to be part of a cohesive team of dietitians with a shared mission.
