About the role
The Therapist has the primary responsibility for the assessment, planning and implementation of the treatment for clients in outpatient/substance abuse program. This includes providing direct services, mobilizing resources, conducting diagnostic assessments, writing care plans, overseeing treatment services, promoting RE and Re-group, and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provides individual, collateral, group and family therapy.
- Directs the planning and writing of the client’s care plan.
- Maintains current therapy notes, treatment reports, and other written documentation.
- Attends all therapist meetings and develops appropriate intervention techniques.
- Maintains current licensure and adheres to ethical guidelines.
- Participates in supervision and consultation on a regular basis.
- Collaborates effectively with other assigned Re-group services and community partners.
- Maintains consistent, quality treatment to all clients on their caseload.
- Maintains confidentiality of all necessary records.
- Ensures timely and professional entries in all treatment plans and narrative reports to MCO’s.
- Performs on-call schedule when appropriate.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field from an accredited university.
- Must hold or be eligible for a clinical KY Masters-level licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, or LCADC).

Pay
$55,000 annually, negotiable based on relevant experience and level of licensure. Sign-on bonus starting at $3,000.
