Outpatient Psychiatry Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adults and adolescents in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct mental health assessments and administer medications.
• Coordinate and support care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers.
• Support crisis intervention and ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and document thoroughly in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience in mental health or outpatient psychiatric care preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
