We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a 0.8 FTE daytime role, offering a starting pay range of $35.01 to $52.52 based on experience. External candidates are typically offered within the range depending on their qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Develop and execute nursing interventions, including delegated tasks
- Ensure safe, effective, and individualized nursing care in a therapeutic environment
- Advocate for patient needs and evaluate intervention outcomes
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals across settings
- Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and care coordination
- Design and evaluate patient education plans
- Contribute to healthcare policy and procedure development
- Manage and supervise nursing practice, maintaining relevant competencies
- Handle patient information in compliance with regulations
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited professional nursing program
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (for specific departments and locations)
- Preferred minimum of one year nursing experience
