About the role

The position involves managing diverse patient cases, including consultations, medication management, and counseling for patients aged 17 and up, as well as community members and health team dependents.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of patients
• Conduct consultations and provide counseling
• Manage medication regimens
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize Tele-Health services and EPIC electronic health record system

Requirements

• BC/BE in Psychiatry
• Active DEA license

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with telehealth and electronic health records
