Outpatient Psychiatrist

About the role

Opportunity to work with adult patients, providing psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management. No required call. Enthusiasm for supervising Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and medication management
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering evidence-based treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Completed or completing residency training in an accredited Psychiatry program
• License to practice medicine in the State of Massachusetts
• Valid DEA registration
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred)

• Locations throughout Massachusetts
• Full-time with a flexible hybrid schedule

• Work with a multidisciplinary team providing medication management, psychotherapy, interventional treatments, and neuropsychiatric testing

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
