Outpatient Psychiatrist

About the role

No required call. Opportunity to work with adult patients. Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management. Enthusiasm for supervising Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Completed or completing residency training in an accredited program within Psychiatry
• License to practice medicine in the State of Massachusetts
• Valid DEA registration
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred)

About the practice

• Locations throughout the state
• Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule
• Office-based outpatient work
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who provide Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments, and Neuropsychiatric Testing

Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
