Outpatient Psychiatrist

About the role

As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Outpatient Psychiatrists in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Stay current with the latest research and treatment modalities in behavioral health.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Washington with a valid DEA license.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Unencumbered license to practice in Washington.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• Passing scores on the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) or equivalent.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Compensation range of $325,000-$350,000, with a compensation model based on productivity.
