About the role

We are actively seeking talented Adult or Child Psychiatrists for our 9 Houston-area clinics. Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team, providing medication management and therapy in a hybrid model with required in-office time weekly. This role offers a strong work/life balance with 100% outpatient work, no call or weekend shifts, and full administrative support in newly designed, modern offices equipped with the latest digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy.
• Work in a hybrid model with weekly in-office time.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality mental healthcare.

Requirements

• Active Texas Medical License and unencumbered DEA.
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Open to a hybrid work model with in-office presence.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $322,000 to $430,000+ annually, based on a productivity model, plus an Annual Cash Bonus Incentive Plan.
