Outpatient Psychiatrist (Adult or Child & Adolescent)

About the role

As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient group in Pasadena, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care

• Experience in providing comprehensive psychiatric care
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases

Pay

Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, with weekends optional. Hybrid Model: Work from home with as little as 1 day/week in-office.
