Outpatient Psychiatrist (Adult or Child & Adolescent)

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent patients
• Customize practice with a mix of medication management and psychotherapy
• Determine preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain modern patient-centered practices

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Strong commitment to high-quality outpatient care
• Interest in flexible and independent work culture
• Experience in medication management, psychotherapy, or both preferred

Pay

Compensation: $375,000 – $440,000 annually
