About the Role
As a physician at ArchWellHealth, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to providing high-quality primary care to seniors. You will have the opportunity to lead a care team, collaborate with colleagues, and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of your patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care to seniors in a variety of settings, including office visits, home visits, and telehealth consultations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients with complex medical needs.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, addressing both their medical and social needs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing medical education (CME) opportunities and other learning experiences.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by actively participating in clinical decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and practice management activities.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. graduates with board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required.
- An active, non-probationary state medical license.

Pay
