Outpatient Primary Care Physician - Full-Time

Role: Outpatient Primary Care Physician / Medical Director in a physician-led, value-based organization focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the Medicare population. Responsibilities: Manage approximately 15 patients daily with a focus on quality outcomes, chronic disease management, and comprehensive care. Support relationship-based care with minimal administrative burden (10% or less), and participate in mentorship and leadership roles, including medical lead opportunities as the organization expands. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed physician with a focus on quality care, mentorship, and leadership abilities. Enjoys a balanced schedule with administrative support and dedicated time for walk-ins.
