About the role
Seeking a dedicated Outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide compassionate mental health care in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing psychiatric patients to determine their mental health needs
- Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Managing patient care, including medication management and therapy
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality mental health services with a patient-centered approach
Qualifications
- Current license and certification as a PMHNP
- Strong clinical expertise in psychiatric nursing
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
