Outpatient Physical Therapist (Sign-On and Relocation bonuses available)

Fitness Quest Port Charlotte is an outpatient clinic where pelvic health is a core specialty, led by a Director who personally treats pelvic health patients and mentors staff. This role offers the opportunity to specialize in pelvic health or develop expertise in that area under direct mentorship. The clinic is located in Charlotte County, one of Florida’s fastest-growing regions, with an 11% population increase in 20 months and over 17,000 new housing units forecasted between 2025 and 2030. Responsibilities
- Review patients' medical history
- Provide excellent individualized care for patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
- Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
Requirements
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to begin licensing process expeditiously)
- Working knowledge of computer and EMR software applications
- All experience levels encouraged to apply

Pay
$85,000-$100,000 per year, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
