This is a full-time position at Southwest Montana Veterans Home in Butte, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents and outpatients
• Provide compassionate, quality care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting
• Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing therapy team

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome
