This is a full-time position at Southwest Montana Veterans Home in Butte, Montana.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents and outpatients
- Provide compassionate, quality care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing therapy team
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome
